The International Journal of Applied Mathematics, Optimization and AI (IJAMOAI) accepts only original and unpublished research that is neither in submission process nor  under review elsewhere. Maintaining academic integrity and originality is a core requirement of the journal.

Authors must submit the full manuscript in LaTeX or MS word format, and a plagiarism report to the editor@ijamoai.org . All submissions are screened for plagiarism before entering the peer-review process.

After acceptance, authors are required to provide the updated editable source file (MS Word or LaTeX) along with all figures to ensure proper formatting and final publication quality.

Manuscripts must follow the journal’s formatting requirements. The length should not exceed ten pages, including references, and must be prepared in single spacing using a 12-point font. Italics should be used instead of underlining, and all figures and tables must be placed within the text.

The first page should include the article title, author details (affiliations, emails, and mandatory ORCID iDs), an abstract of up to 250 words, keywords, AMS classification, and article type.

References must be listed alphabetically and cited numerically in the text. Only published and relevant sources should be included, with proper DOI or URL links. Research papers typically require 15–60 references, while review articles may include more.

IJAMOAI follows a fully open-access model with no financial charges for authors. There are no submission fees, processing fees, or publication costs. The journal aims to provide equal publishing opportunities for researchers worldwide without financial barriers.

All manuscripts undergo a structured peer-review process conducted by subject experts. Submissions are evaluated based on originality, clarity, and academic contribution. The review process may include revisions, depending on reviewer feedback.

Authors are expected to respond carefully to reviewer comments and submit revised versions promptly. The journal ensures a fair and transparent evaluation process at all stages.

The journal enforces strict ethical standards. Authors must submit original work and avoid duplicate submissions. Data must be accurate and free from fabrication or manipulation. Proper citation practices must be followed, and all contributors should be fairly acknowledged as authors.

Any violation of ethical standards may lead to manuscript rejection, submission bans, or further disciplinary actions.

Copyright Policy

Authors are responsible for ensuring that all content complies with copyright regulations. Proper permissions must be obtained for any third-party material, and all published work must include appropriate attribution.

AI Policy

AI tools cannot be used to generate full manuscripts or be listed as authors. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality and authenticity of their work.

Archive Policy

All published articles are securely archived to ensure long-term access and preservation of scholarly content.

Advertisement Policy

The journal maintains independence from commercial influence. Advertisements, if any, do not affect editorial decisions or publication standards.
